The Bible
The Bible is God's book and our portal to knowledge and wisdom. Through scripture, God reveals Himself to us so that we come to know Him more intimately and understand His story and our place within it. Studying and understanding scripture helps us to apply God's Word to our lives each day.
Christianity in the Arts
The arts enrich our lives and engage our senses and soul. Through a deeper understanding of what we find beautiful and significant, we deepen our understanding of God and enhance our spiritual journey.
The Church
The Church represents God's arms and legs in the world, His instruments of salt and light in society. Understanding the development of the Church, including our reformed tradition, enables us to better grasp the role of the Church today.
Community
Living out the Kingdom of God is not done in isolation – it’s done in community. Because we desire integrity between our knowledge of faith and our daily walk, we will benefit by looking at issues that confront us daily from a biblical perspective, and by discussing together the choices before us.
Transformation
In order for individual transformation to take place, spiritual (vertical) and relational (horizontal) growth must occur. No matter where we are in the process, we will benefit from being, praying and learning together.
Social Justice
Education of our community in matters of Social Justice is critical to our
Christian Witness. Trinity will utilize various means to assist the individual
in becoming an agent of change in our midst and around the world.
